A 4,000 sq ft private residence at Chateaux Fendi, conceived as a highly tailored luxury interior with an uncompromising focus on craftsmanship, material quality, and detail. The project brings together exceptional Italian design and custom solutions, featuring pieces and systems by Baxter, Poliform, Gaggenau, Antonio Lupi, and Lualdi. Every element — from furniture and millwork to lighting, finishes, and architectural details — was carefully selected and coordinated to create a sophisticated and cohesive living environment.
Constraints :
The scale and complexity of the residence required meticulous coordination across custom millwork, furniture, lighting, appliances, finishes, and installation. Particular attention was given to proportions, material transitions, technical integration, and the precise execution of bespoke details throughout the 4,000 sq ft interior.
Outcome :
The completed residence reflects a refined approach to contemporary luxury, where exceptional materials, iconic Italian design, and precise detailing come together as one cohesive composition.
